Mobile appointments require time for preparation and travel, so early notice helps us offer the time to someone else.

Contact us on WhatsApp at 876-787-3124 as soon as you know you cannot keep the appointment. Include your name and booking reference.
Deposits
If a deposit is required, its amount and the conditions for transferring or refunding it will be provided before you pay. Those written confirmation terms apply to that appointment; the website does not create an undisclosed cancellation fee.
Late arrival and access problems
Let us know immediately if you are delayed or if hotel, villa or venue access has changed. A significantly late start may require a shorter service, rescheduling or cancellation because it can affect later appointments.
If we need to change the appointment
If illness, unsafe travel, severe weather or another issue prevents us from attending, we will contact you and offer a new time. Any remedy connected to a deposit will follow the terms confirmed for your booking.
