Information we collect

We collect the details needed to arrange and deliver your appointment: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, chosen service, requested date and time, hair notes, property or address details, landmarks and directions. If you choose to share your location, we may also store map coordinates.

How we use it

We use this information to confirm availability, prepare for the service, plan travel, communicate changes, provide the appointment, prevent double-booking and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information.

Google Business Profile reviews

The business owner may privately authorize this website to access Google Business Profile. We use that access only to retrieve and display public information about Great Hair By Simone, including its rating, review count, reviewers’ public names, written comments and publication dates. We cache this information so the website remains reliable.

Google authorization codes and tokens are never shown to website visitors. The refresh token is encrypted before it is stored in our database, is not sold or shared for advertising, and is used only to keep the reviews current. The business owner can revoke the website’s access from her Google Account at any time.

Who may process it

Information may be processed by staff members assigned to the appointment and by service providers that operate our website, database, email, mapping features and Google Business Profile integration. Staff access is limited by role. Map search and GPS features are optional.

How long we keep it

Appointment records are normally kept for up to 24 months after the appointment so we can handle follow-up questions and understand booking history. We may keep a limited record longer when reasonably required for accounting, disputes or legal obligations. Public review data is refreshed periodically; if a review is removed from Google, it is removed from the public cache during a later refresh.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that we no longer need. Email info@greathairbysimone.com or WhatsApp 876-787-3124. We may need to verify your identity first.

Security

We use private staff accounts, role-based access, encryption for Google tokens and reasonable technical safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information through the booking notes.
